Men and bears!

A Jamesian explains to a tourist how to behave in front of the different bears in Canada.

- if you meet a black bear, all you have to do is run downhill and the black bear won't be able to follow you because of its shorter front paws; it will stumble and leave you alone.

- if you meet a brown bear, you'll have to curl up in a ball and play dead - he'll find you uninteresting and leave you alone.

- if you meet a polar bear, woe betide you! All you have to do is build him a big log fire, and at least give him a nice hot meal! 🙂
