Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, and intimate or sanitary items.

    In some cases, partial refunds may be given, including for books with obvious signs of use or any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or incomplete for reasons not attributable to our error.     Regularly priced items are the only ones eligible for a refund. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

    EXCHANGES (if applicable)

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giver chose to receive the order to give to you later, we will refund the giver and they will be notified of your return.

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
