GREEN ALDER PEPPER – GROUND – ORGANIC

A SPICE HARVESTED IN NORTHERN QUEBEC, AROUND CHAPAIS, BOTH PEPPER AND FLORAL.

Its fragrance is complex with notes of rose (yes, yes rose!) and conifer resin. Thanks to our unique drying process, this Poivre des Dunes is ideal for pepper mills, because the resin is less present in the fruit Also, its taste is less bitter and its fragrance is more powerful than when it is conventionally dried.

For those who don’t have a pepper mill, we have ground it for you in the small 8g format.

We use it on fish and scallops (yum!), meats and cheeses. But also in our salad dressings or simply on pasta topped with vegetable oil from here and natural sea salt from here. 😊
