You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your purchase to return an item.

Items must be unused and in their original condition, with their original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, cannot be returned. Gift cards and certain health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact our team by email at info@boreasens.com. We will need proof of purchase to process your return request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank. If you've followed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@boreasens.com for assistance.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us by email at info@boreasens.com and send your item to the following address:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who can then give it to you.
