Refund policy

RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including opened products and perishable goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care items

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, including for books showing obvious signs of use or any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may also be subject to specific conditions.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable period of time.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you still have not received your refund, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted to your account.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.


SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued at more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 


EUROPEAN UNION RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

At BoreA SENS, we strive to provide a simple, transparent, and customer-friendly shopping experience. This policy complies with the general principles of European Union consumer protection laws.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For any order placed remotely (online store, telephone, or email) and delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the expiration of the 14-day period.

2. Product Returns

After exercising your right of withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused;
  • Have their security seal intact and unbroken;
  • Retain all original labels;
  • Be returned in their original condition.

Any product returned with a broken or missing security seal will not be eligible for a refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will refund the amounts paid for the returned products.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned goods or receipt of proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

4. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened;
  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Digital content supplied immediately after purchase when the consumer has expressly agreed to its download;
  • Passes for facility tours and visitor experiences.

For essential oils, hydrosols, food products, and cosmetic products, the right of withdrawal may be limited once the security seal has been removed or the product has been opened.

5. Damaged Products or Order Errors

If a product is received damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photographs of the product and packaging.

In such cases, BoreA SENS will take appropriate measures, including product replacement, refund, or any other reasonable solution.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
