Shipping policy

We prepare each order with care to ensure it reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, they assume responsibility for its tracking and delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, and their responsibility begins once the parcel is in their possession.
  • In the event of a lost or stolen package, the carrier remains responsible. We will gladly assist you in opening a claim if needed.
  • For free shipping or the flat-rate $10 option in Canada, we reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier.
  • For international shipments, customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of refusal or non-payment of these charges upon delivery, the parcel will be returned to us and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
    Larger formats may be available upon request, particularly for essential oils over 32 ml.
